For enhanced protection of your personal data in Evalanche (Profiles&Pools), you need to authorize our support with requests if they need access to your personal data.
You can contact us via the support request button and authorize access to personal data (profiles) in parallel. Our support team will contact you immediately and provide assistance.
Submit support request
The support button opens a form where you can present your request. If possible, please include an ID of the object in question or the exact location in the system so that our support team can address the issue in advance and provide you with a quick solution.
Specify object ID
You can find the object ID of the relevant objects either in the list view in the Id column or in the object view, usually in the Configuration tab at the bottom of the Optional section. You need to expand the section to see the object ID.

- Understanding
- Suggestion for improvement
- Function request
- Other
Granting data release
If you issue a pool release, please enter the contact person at Evalanche (Sales, Project Management, Support) in the Message field, if possible.
The following objects access personal data and often require data release for corresponding support requests
- Pools
- Forms
- Target groups
- Campaigns
- SmartLinks
- Dispatches
Since our support team usually needs access to personal data (profiles of the account), you can thus give us a data release with validity period for access to this data.
The following options for the release to personal data are available for selection:
- No data release
- 3 business days (default)
- 5 working days
- 20 business days
This gives you full control at all times of who, when has access to your personal data (Profiles & Pools) and who has authorized the support team to do so. Issued data releases can be viewed under Settings/Account/Data Releases.
Authorisation for data release
The requirement for granting data releases is the ‘Data release support’ authorisation in the Roles in the ‘System’ tab in the ‘User and security’ section.
If no data release can be granted, please contact your administrator.
This functionality is used for data security and DSGVO-compliant data storage and processing.
Revoke granted data release
Once granted, data releases can be viewed under Settings/Account/Data Releases and can also be subsequently revoked before the deadline expires.
