The condition "Website visited" checks whether a profile has been identified by a WebTouchPoint during a definable period of time, which corresponds to the visit of the site. This requires that the tracking code for WebTouchPoints has been previously integrated into the corresponding website.
This condition does not work if tracking is deactivated. If a profile has a tracking revocation, the condition is considered not fulfilled after the Maximum Waiting Time has expired.
Configuration
Website
Here you can select a "WebTouchPoint" and optionally a "Website". If no Web page is selected, all Web pages on the WebTouchPoint are checked.
Check period before reaching the node
"Since entering the campaign": Website visits that have taken place since the profile entered the campaign are taken into account.
"In the last days / hours": Website visits that took place x days and y hours before reaching this node are taken into account.
"Date & Time": Website visits that have taken place since the specified date and time (UTC) are taken into account.
Waiting time from when the note was reached
"Waiting time from when the note was reached": If no website visit has taken place when reaching this node, a maximum of x days and y hours will be waited before a decision for the condition is made. If the recipient creates a website visit, the waiting period ends immediately.
